This is what my list used to look like:
1. My children's health 2. My career 3. My husband's health 4. Spending time with my family 5. A clean house

Now, my list looks a little more like this:
1. My children’s health 2. My health/self-care 3. My husband’s health (sorry Kyle!) 4. Spending time with my family 5. My career
I’ll be honest, this has taken me a long time to figure out… I have always been the “Yes Man,” constantly adding to my plate and losing a sense of what matters most to me.
And it’s not a one-time lesson. It is something that I work on every day.
Now, look at your priority list.
